We are looking for native Swedish translators to work with us on a remote, project-by-project basis. We welcome native Swedish translators working in all sectors and fields, including business, legal, financial, technical, automotive, and other industries.

Responsibilities
- Accurately translate content from English to Swedish (and/or Swedish to English).
- Proofread and review your own translations to ensure they are culturally appropriate, well-written, and aligned with client requirements.
- Work proactively with project managers regarding workload, questions, or clarification needs.
- Follow project guidelines, utilize relevant glossary/terminology databases, translation memories (TMs), and other reference materials, and deliver assignments on time.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the code of conduct across all assignments.
- Be responsive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Native Swedish speaker.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in languages or related fields.
- Strong command of written and spoken English. This is a must. Additional proficiency in other source languages will be a plus.
- Proven translation experience/expertise in key industries, such as automotive, machinery and equipment, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, construction, energy, and the food-processing industry, will be a plus.
- Being familiar with CAT tools, translation memories, glossaries, and standard translation workflow.
- Ability to follow style guides, terminology requirements, and project instructions.
